Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Asia Region: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Europe & North America: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local courier efficiency, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.

 

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website banners or product pages.

 

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes according to the laws of the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
